How fast do you actually reply?
Median first response across all channels last quarter: 1 hr 12 min. 24/7 chat for paid plans. Sales pitches get a same-day reply unless you message us at 2am, in which case, get some sleep.
Can I get a phone call?
Yes. Business and Enterprise customers can book a call directly from their dashboard. Sales prospects: drop your number in the form and we'll ring within an hour, weekdays.
Do you do in-person meetings?
Of course. London, Berlin, Singapore — drop by, meet the team, see the espresso machine. Outside those, we travel for Enterprise deals.
Where do I report a security issue?
